To become a cruise director the only thing you need is to get a high school diploma and 3+ years in the entertainment industry and work on a cruise. The school I am going to offers half day Fridays where I can work in the entertainment industry and I can be prepared to work on a cruise as soon as I get out of High school. The only other requirement I have to do is to have some ship experience and then I can become a Cruise Director.
